Ingredients
1 Big Onion - Chopped
1 Green Capsicum - Chopped
1 Red Capsicum - Chopped
1 Tomato - Chopped
2 Garlic cloves - Chopped
10 green beans - Chopped
1 teaspoon - Clive of India Curry powder (OR) two pinches of garam masala
1 Tablespoon Oil (olive oil)
250 gms Spaghetti - Cook with a teaspoon of oil and salt
1 Liter water
1 Tin mixed beans Drained and washed
Coriander to garnish
Method
Bring water to boil in a pot. Add a teaspoon of oil and little bit of salt and cook spaghetti until it reaches your desired consistency. Drain it and save water.
Now take a frying pan add 1 Tablespoon of Olive oil.
Add Chopped garlic,onion,Capsicum and green beans.Cook them on medium heat by adding a pinch of salt.
Once they are done add chopped tomatoes, mixed bean cook for a minute.
Add Curry powder and pour little bit of water (Saved from the Spaghetti). Let it cook until it reaches a curry consistency.
Finally add Spaghetti and mix well.
Garnish with Coriander. Serve hot .
